Weekly Recap

Last week was a little busy thanks to a series spotlight for Cursed on Princess of the Light and an author interview on The Blonde Bookworm, but I managed to keep up with the work load. I know I didn't cross much off my list, but to be fair, I knew when I wrote it that I would be busy and that the projects I had in mind weren't going to be easily tackled:

• Spotlights for Storm Born and Damnation's Door
• Complete new version of Storm of the Gods
• Finish the plot lines and world building for Agents of Limbo series

I've got lots of time this week (I have an extra day off due to a slow season at the Real Job), so I hope to get at least one of the two crossed off the list:

• Complete new version of Storm of the Gods
• Finish the plot lines and world building for Agents of Limbo series

I know which one I'm targeting the most, but Storm of the Gods still has a long way to go. I'm still in on the first draft and there will be a lot of editing to do to make sure everything fits together. Still, I'm holding out hopes that it will wrap up soon so I can have it sent out to publishers in May. Whether or not it will be picked up is up for debate, but I'm going to make sure I choose my publishers and agents wisely. Worst comes to worst, I'll try again with another series.

To be honest, I don't have too much to report right now. It's weird to have a lot to do, but to feel like I have a lot of time on my hands. Maybe my brain is still waking up. I'm sure I'll find my groove soon. For now, I'll go on promoting the pre-orders for Storm Born and Damnation's Door, which should have the giveaway copies in soon.

So that's all for now! Hopefully I'll have something exciting to post on Thursday, though it might be just a general update. I hope everyone had a great long weekend that that they enjoy the rest of their holiday if you get to celebrate it!

Happy Easter!

Amy
