Weekly Recap (And DAMNATION'S DOOR cover reveal!)

It's been a busy, amazing week! I finally caught up with all the promotion and pre-order stuff I've been trying to get done:

• Pre-orders for Storm Born and Damnation's Door
• Final edits and formatting for Storm Born
• ARCs and media kits for Storm Born and Damnation's Door
• Complete new version of Storm of the Gods

Since all the hard stuff is now over with and I just have some minor proofing and editing to do, here's what I want to do this week:

• Spotlights for Storm Born and Damnation's Door
• Complete new version of Storm of the Gods
• Finish the plot lines and world building for Agents of Limbo series

I've already got a couple interviews and spotlights lined up for this week, and would like to get a couple more, but I really want to finish Storm of the Gods so I can edit it and send it to publishers with crossed fingers and prayers. I also want to get back into planning my  Agents of Limbo series, since I want to write it in between the Areios Brothers. I'm well aware of just how much work that is, but that's the secret, right? The more you write, the better you do? Well, I'm sure I'll find out sooner or later. Anyway... Storm Born! The pre-orders are live!

What else is new? Well, just yesterday, I had an amazing new cover reveal for Damnation's Door, the last Cursed novel.

Demons are free. Angels are fallen. Hope is dying...

Constance Ramirez and her adopted sister, Andromeda, have stopped Lucifer’s plan– They have closed the Heaven Gate and kept the demons out. But their choice came with brutal consequences, and now every angel on earth is trapped in their mortal body.

All that remains is closing the Hell Gate and establishing a balance once and for all. That means returning to the city of Constance’s nightmares, which has become a haven for murderers and monsters. But even more dangerous than their hunt is that Andromeda’s powers and instincts are turning darker, and this time Constance doesn’t know how to protect her.

Constance is ready to fight for her life, but her enemies have plans she can’t begin to imagine, and they’re prepared to make her suffer...

Trust is lost and hearts are broken in the epic conclusion in Amy Braun’s Cursed trilogy...

I absolutely love this cover. Love, love, love. It's still a little surreal to me, knowing that I now have a *completed* series of my own. I don't think it will fully sink in until I have all the books lined up side by side, something I can't do yet since I haven't ordered my printed copy yet– only the proof.

This cover reveal promotion was possible thanks to the hard work of Giselle at XPresso Book Tours, Kim from DDD, and all the bloggers who signed up for the feature. It was the first time I've ever done one of these, and after seeing how successful it was, I will definitely be doing it again in a couple months when I receive the artwork for Midnight Sky, the second Dark Sky novel, which should be sometime in June when I get the edits back.

But onto the next batch of pre-orders! You can get a copy of Damnation's Door from any of the following stores!

It's suddenly occurred to me that aside from some tweaking and emailing to promote the novels, I'm basically done with all the hard work. Or what I consider to be the hard work, at least. It's a weird feeling, especially as far as Cursed goes. But I couldn't be happier. I've freed up so much of my time to work on new books and keep my career going strong. I can't wait to keep it going.

Hope everyone has a great week! Cheers!

Amy
